Prabhas had a lot of faith in Baahubali right from the time he heard the script, that’s the reason why he gave four years of his time and life to the film and did not sign any other film in those four years when the project was on. He had many producers running behind him with offers that anybody would have found difficult to say no to but Prabhas did not sign any project and was committed only to Baahubali. 2. In fact so dedicated was he that when he was offered a fitness brand endorsement for Rs 5.5 crore he rejected it because he wanted to concentrate on Baahubali!
3. That’s not all he also had a volleyball court built in his house to prepare for Baahubali as he played volleyball as part of his exercise regime.
4. To get into the physique of Baahubali, he gained about 30 kg and maintained that physique for almost four years!
5. Prabhas is the first South Indian star to have his own wax statue at Madame Tussauds, Bangkok, based on his Baahubali character Amarendra Baahubali, wearing the battle armor.
6. Did you know that his full name is Venkata Satyanarayana Prabhas Raju Uppalapati! That sounds as tall as the Eiffel Tower!
7. Before becoming an actor, Prabhas wanted to be an hotelier. That was because of his love for chicken biryani and butter chicken.
