If you and your friend love reading, here’s an amazing list for you. And if you are not really a fan of reading, it’s time to start NOW!

“The Perks Of Being A Wallflower” By Stephen Chbosky – A Heart Touching Saga.

The movie is great too! But first read the book.

Yeah! The movie with the gorgeous Emma Watson in it. That one! The movie is based on this phenomenally written novel by Stephen Chbosky. If you are a frequent reader, you might have probably read this beauty. But if you haven’t, just go and buy one already. This used to that *green little book in high school* everyone was reading. And yet, it is not one of those cliched piece of works. It is actually worth re-reading with your best friends, if you ask for my honest opinion. The story is about a shy, hyper-intelligent Charlie, a true loner who watches things happen rather than experiences them. But then he meets Sam and her group of friends, and the rest is the book!

“Little Women” By Louisa May Alcott- Very Real, Very Impressive.

This is a book everyone should read, women and mean alike. For different reasons, but yes.

This is a book for female friendship. Two girl besties will resonate with this book like none other! It is a story of Jo, Meg, and Beth. The three sisters only have each other when their dad goes off to war. I say sisters, but these three wonderful women are more friends than sisters. This is not easy book to read. It’s a thick read but it is totally worth your time. The story also touches upon important topics from marriage to writing, slavery, and much more.

“The Interestings” By Meg Wolitzer – As Interesting As The Name

A classic description of how friendship changes with time.

The novel follows a group of brilliant teenagers who bond at an arts summer camp in upstate New York in 1974 up through their adulthood. Some of those friends end up being really successful and wealthy, and some don’t. Now this a very real story of about friendship, adulthood, and envy. It is a beautiful depiction of how people change. Of how people give up on their dreams. Of how people deal with adulthood. Of how people deal with their friendships as adults and so on. And so much more!
