You do not have to wake up at 5AM to do workouts. Just take a 2 minute break during your work and do some basic neck movements and activities for your legs and spine. These 2 minutes can save you for the rest of the day. Sitting in front of computer for a long time in the same position is hazardous. All that you need is simple workouts that you can do without more efforts.

There is nothing healthier than eating freshly made food at home. Can’t afford to cook yourself? Take someone’s help but never go for packaged foods. Packaged food is the unhealthiest option, instead have fruits and salad if you’re hungry and have no time to cook.

Make it a habit to eat fruits daily as you get the right composition of vitamin, minerals, calcium, potassium and fats. Even if you cannot afford to spend time to eat fruits, cut the fruits and carry it in bowl. Munch it when you travel to your workplace. It keeps you away from chemicals and adds shine to your body.
