  • You may be passing large clots of blood regularly for more than 2 hours.
  • You get a fever of more than 100.4 or more.
  • Extreme pain in the belly that does not get better with pain medication.
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea even after 24 hours of taking misoprostol.
