While, actor Akshay Kumar, is going around teaching people about how to keep our Bharat ‘swatch,’ his own toilet has started leaking, The much awaited, Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar starrer, Toilet Ek Prem Katha, which is scheduled to release on 11 August, 2017, has been leaked online and probably watched by many already.
The first person to notice the leak was Choreographer, Director, Remo D’Souza, who confirmed the news with HFT. Speaking to HFT, he said “ My gym instructor informed me that he had the movie on his pen drive, someone else had given it to him. That’s when I immediately called the producer, and informed him. We handed over the pen drive to the director Shree Narayan Singh and thankfully they have taken swift action to stop the piracy.”
Akshay, who was away in London for a shoot, has since then been telling all his fans “Hans Mat Pagli”, this is serious! He urged his fans to stop piracy, via his tweet : “The fight against piracy is critical and it’s reassuring to see the swift action taken by the Crime Branch on the unfortunate incident involving our film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. I would like to urge my friends, colleagues, fans and audiences to join us as we fight piracy. Thank you all for your support,”
Toilet Ek Prem Katha, is said to be a satirical comedy, in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. People have been eagerly waiting for the film and there is also a lot of curiosity about the film because of its unusual title and also the Akshay and Bhumi pairing. The film was earlier announced to be released in June, and then postponed to 11 August, for reasons unknown. Looks like some of Akshay Kumar’s fans , were impatient and did not want to wait till 11 August, to watch it or should we say take a leak and peek into Akshay’s much talked about Toilet!
On a serious note: HFT too believes that piracy should be stopped.
