The good news is that October has 4 nominations in different categories at the Critics Choice Film Awards. We sure are happy for him, since the film was very well made, even though it might not have done well at the box office. “I chose to do October because I loved the script and the story. I didn’t do it with expectations of winning an award but yes it is sad that we didn’t win one. The film is very special to me,” said Varun.

The Critics Choice Film Awards will be held soon on 21 April.
