This leading producer of the industry has already given us film series like Munna Bhai M.B.B.S, and the highly acclaimed movies like 3 Idiots and PK. Since his last released film Wazir was way back in 2016, his upcoming movies Sanju (2018) and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga (2018) are creating quite a buzz already.

The year 2018 has seen and will witness a series of biopics soon like Padman, Soorma, Manikarnika, Gold, and many more. Sanju which is slated to release on 29th June is already on every ardent movie follower’s list. It is the real life story of Sanjay Dutt who needs no introduction. The trailer released on 30th May and since then people are waiting to get a close look into Sanjay Dutt’s life which is a film in its own very self. Directed by none other than Rajkumar Hirani the film’s trailer is already grabbing much attention. Ranbir Kapoor will be seen essaying the role of Sanjay Dutt, while Dia Mirza will be seen as his wife Manyata Dutt. Ranbir Kapoor has brought out a stunning resemblance with Sanjay Dutt which is stealing the show from the very beginning. Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt and Manisha Koirala as Nargis look very promising as well. Sonam Kapoor will be seen as Tina Munim while Karishma Tanna will essay the role of Madhuri Dixit. Jim Sarabh as Salman Khan and Vicky Kaushal as his best friend Kumar Gaurav also seem well fitted. Bollywood’s eminent personalities are all praise for the film already. The film is a human story of going through life as it gets more uncanny and sudden.
Father-Daughter To Share Screen For Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga (2018)

Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga is a film under Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s camp which is tentatively slated to release on 12th October, 2018. The film stars Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles. Interestingly, Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla will be seen essaying prominent characters in the movie too. Directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar, it is a story of a couple in an unhappy marriage and about a girl who discovers about the infidelity of her father.
Thus after a long gap since Wazir in 2016 Vidhu Vinod Chopra banner is all set to give power packed performances with two much awaited films of 2018.
