Why Nawazuddin Siddiqui Should Have Said No To Babumoshai Bandookbaaz!

If we wanted porn, we know where to find it and Cinema theatre is not one of them

Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Bidita Bag, is all set to release tomorrow – 25th August. In the film, Nawazuddin features as a contract killer, who doesn’t think twice before pressing the trigger of his revolver.

Well the ticket prices of this film won’t really put a hole in your pocket, but you are likely to be left disappointed. Why? Well, here are not just one, but 3 reasons why this film isn’t worth your time and money:

Weak Script

First it was Munna Michael and now Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, Nawazuddin Siddiqui makes a blunder in choosing the right script again. The film has some brilliantly talented actors but sadly the script didn’t do enough justice to that. The film could be renamed as – Love Sex Aur Dhoka ‘Again’ because it is only about that. What a waste of immense talent.

Women Are Portrayed In Bad Light

The women in the film are ready to drop their pallu the minute they see men. They are desperate and a walking dictionary on the filthiest of vocabulary. So much so that it makes one feel sick.

Predictable Throughout

Nawazuddin was just himself. There was nothing different about him in Babumoshai Bandookbaaz. We’ve seen Nawazuddin in the same light earlier in films like Gangs of Wasseypur etc.

Just hang out with your friends or spend some quality time with your family or loved ones, rather than wasting almost two hours for this film.

Directed by Kushan Nandy and co-produced by Kiran Shyam Shroff and Ashmith Kunder, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz also stars Divya Dutta, who features as a cop, Murli Sharma, Jatin Goswami, Shraddha Das, Anil George, Jeetu Shivhare and Bhagwan Tiwari.
