ALTBalaji’s most anticipated original BOSE: Dead/Alive is now streaming on the ALTBalaji app and the website. Starring Rajkumar Rao as Bose, the show is based on India’s biggest cover up.
BOSE: Dead/Alive, throws light on the various aspects of his life and how it all started for him, besides unfolding the truth that lies behind the mystery and rumour around Netaji’s death and India’s biggest cover up.

Speaking to HFT about his role in Bose,Rajkumar Rao said that he was petrified before he started shooting for the film. “I was petrified as to how will I portray somebody like Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. I had to work really hard for the role.” He also adds that he had to do a lot of homework before the shoot of Bose.

Talking about the show CMO ALTBalaji Manav Sethi said, “It’s not easy to approach a subject and narrative like this as not many facts about his life and death are documented and available publicly. The team researched for 6 months and then took another 10 months to write the show. We then took almost 8 months to shoot it across Mumbai, Leh, Kolkata, Poland and Thailand. Something at this scale has never been done before in India for a web show. Bose: Dead/Alive is our biggest show of the year. And for first time since the launch, #ALTBalaji original BOSE: Dead/Alive is also available to JIO consumers on JIOCinema.
