Salman Khan’s Race 3 opens this Friday but looks like Salman is out on a spree to promote the films of his near and dear ones along with the release of Race 3. Actor Shah Rukh Khan released a special trailer of Aanand L Rai’s upcoming drama, Zero. This trailer was cut specially for Eid and is being attached to the Salman Khan-starrer Race 3. This is a new trend of sorts where one superstar makes an appearance especially in the trailer of another superstar!
Shah Rukh plays a dwarf in director Aanand L. Rai’s highly-awaited film Zero. He has been working around the clock to complete his ambitious film. The teaser is around 65 seconds but is an interesting one and sure to grab a lot of attention!
In Zero, Shah Rukh will be playing a double role where one of them is a vertically challenged man and SRK fans are eagerly waiting to see his new avatar especially now after the new Eid teaser has been launched. The teaser opens with a shot of Shah Rukh Khan walking into a stadium full of screaming and shouting excited fans with a voice over that says that the janta is waiting for the one person who is “cool, hot and what not!” and goes on to say; “ Get ready for this lovable mehmaan who is an icon among the fearless, the tiger among the braveheart….and the Eid ka full chaand!” while SRK presumes it’s him they are talking about, Salman Khan makes a dramatic entry and greets him and tells him; “Milale haath mein haath!” and the two break into a fun impromptu dance.
Haath the two have truly ‘milaoed’ but it’s the heart of millions of their fans that is going to go dhak dhak this Eid! This Eid is going to be super special for the fans of both the actors as they will get to see Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in one frame on this Eid. Salman has rightly said, “I am in Zero because I am a zero and now, Shah Rukh’s in the race too!”
It was Salman who was initially supposed to play the dwarf in the film but he only came on board for a cameo. Zero will also see SRK-Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif after six years. The three were last seen together in YRF’s Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Zero is jointly produced by Aanand L Rai and Red Chillies Entertainment and is scheduled to release on 21 December this year.
