‘Andheri Raat Mein Diya Tere Haath Mein’ Has Substance Despite Its Double Entendre Lyrics!

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s long-awaited film ‘Monsoon Shootout’ is finally getting its due release next month on the 15th of December 2017. After soulful heart melting and memorable track ‘Pal’ sung by the super talented Arijit Singh, the makers are now giving us another song ‘Andheri Raat’ – a gangster style peppy club number sung by Neha Bhasin, which will make everyone tap to the tune.

The song has been composed by Rochak Kohli giving us a composition making for a sensational track from the movie.

The song plays out to the moment of reckoning between Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s deadly assassin, Shiva and Vijay Varma’s rookie cop, Adi, while the music perfectly blends with the grim feel of the film.

The very first line of the song ‘Andheri Raat Mein, Diya Tere Haath Mein’ is kind of an ode to one of the famous double entendres of Hindi Cinema.

Listen to this one right here and tell us how you found it:
