De De Pyaar De, Song Tu Mila To Haina : A Soothing Romantic Number

What happens when you shoot a song right in the middle of a shopper’s paradise?

It’s nice to see Ajay Devgn romance in the upcoming film De De Pyaar De. The film is a rom – com where Ajay plays an older man in love with a much younger woman after his divorce. While Tabu plays Ajay’s ex-wife, Rakul Preet plays the younger woman Ajay is in love with.

While the trailer of the film was well received, the makers are out with a new song; ‘Tu Mila To Haina’. The song is picturised on Ajay and Rakul Preet and shows their budding romance. It’s a breezy, romantic track that sounds very soothing. It looks like the actors had fun while shooting the song too.

Some portions of this romantic number were filmed at Oxford Street & Hyde Park, which is known as the shopper’s paradise in London. Apparently Rakul, who is shown shopping with Ajay in the song, could not help resist shopping in real too!

Rakul couldn’t turn down the lure to shop during the shoot

We aren’t surprised because it’s almost impossible to resist the temptation of shopping and when you are in the mid of a shopping hub, then even more! Rakul couldn’t turn down the lure to shop and dropped in at several stores, in between the shots, only to return with an armful of shopping bags from each shop. She went all out on a shopping spree!

Speaking about the same, Rakul said, “’Tu Mila To Haina’ is my favourite song, it reflects me and my personality very well. And we had a blast shooting for the song. We shot for some portions of ‘Tu Mila To Haina’ at Oxford Street, which is the main hub for shopping. So, we ended up shopping from stores in between shots, it was just too tempting and a lot of fun.”

The romantic track is sung by Arijit Singh, composed by Amaal Mallik and lyrics penned by Kunaal Vermaa. De De Pyaar De is directed by Akiv Ali, and produced by Bhushan Kumar and Luv Ranjan. It also stars Javed Jaffrey and Alok Nath in important roles. The film is all set to hit the theatres on 17 May.
