The second song from Arjun Patiala is out now, and this one too has Guru Randhawa headlining the lyrics and vocals departments. But the track is more noticeable for being an item song featuring Sunny Leone. The actress can be seen shaking a leg with Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Sharma at what seems like a party in a nightclub. Its music video is out now live on the T-Series YouTube channel.

In keeping with the film’s theme of parodying mainstream cinema, the video starts with a message reading, “Mandatory item song.” Diljit, Sunny and Varun arrive at a nightclub in a drop-top car, and while Varun and Sunny indulge in some drinks, Diljit heads straight towards the mic. That’s the only premise for this music video, which only features the three artists dancing from here on.

Coming to the song itself, it has been composed by the pair of Sachin and Jigar, just like the first song from the film’s soundtrack. Guru Randhawa has written the lyrics, which are very typical in nature. They bring absolutely nothing fresh to the table. The composition is hence the saving grace for this track. It makes use of simple fast beats to set a tempo for its chorus, which is its high point. Notably, the Arabic portions from the song have been sung by Benny Dayal.

The first track from Arjun Patiala to be released was called ‘Main Deewana Tera.’ This one too had Guru Randhawa writing its lyrics and singing it. Arjun Patiala is slated to release on July 26 in theatres across India. Apart from Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Sharma, it also stars Kriti Sanon. The film’s direction duties have been handled by Rohit Jugraj, who has earned quite a name for himself in the Punjabi film industry.

Let us now wait for the film’s other songs to be made available ahead of its release.
