Jones Brothers have launched a new music video for their new song Cool, which has been shot in Miami and has a retro vibe going for it. This new single is only their second in 6 years, as the band had only recently decided to reunite after their split in 2013. The first song they had released after their comeback was called Sucker, and it featured the three artists with their respective partners, Danielle Jonas, Sophie Turner and Priyanka Chopra.

Cool is a quintessential summer song in terms of its overall tone. Stylized vocals are its main appeal. The three really come in their groove during the chorus, which goes, “Lately, I’ve been feelin’ so cool. Top to the bottom, just cool. Every little thing that I do. Dammit, I’m feelin’ so coo-oo-oo-oo-oo-ool. It’s like, ooh, maybe I should bottle my moves. Sell ’em for a dollar or two. Dammit, I’m feeling so coo-oo-oo-oo-oo-ool.”

Cool is also rife with eighties references, which is what probably led the music video to have a retro vibe. This music video has been directed by Anthony Mandler, who had also helmed the Sucker video. It has the three brothers dressed in suave retro outfits entertaining a bunch of senior citizens in aerobics outfits, right alongside a pool. They also get a chance to showcase their dance moves in the middle portions.

Jonas Brothers have made it pretty clear that they are really going to be taking this reunion seriously. This is proved by the fact that a big tour has already been announced. In addition, Amazon Prime Video will soon be releasing a documentary on the band. That said, news of an album release really does not seem to be that far away now.
