Tera Intezaar Music Review: Khaali Khaali album

Drab from the word go!

Yet another Sunny Leone film will be released this year in the form of Tera Intezaar. And in this one, she will be seen romancing Arbaaz Khan. Despite the pairing being awkward, one thing that you should realize is at least there’s equal acting talent in the lead pair of this film.

But we’re here today to give you a small music review of the song Khali Khali Dil. Sung by Armaan Malik and Payal Dev, it’s a romantic number featuring the lead pair. This track has been written by Shabbir Ahmed and composed by Raaj Aashoo.

It’s a love song that’s trying incredibly hard to establish a sensual vibe in order to cash in on the fact that Sunny Leone is in the film. The music video is hence crammed with beach sequences that have Sunny wearing bikinis.

The song per se is nothing out of the ordinary. Its slow beats set up a steady pace at the start. And when the singing starts, there’s no real melody to it. It’s as if the words have been written with the sole purpose of fitting them into the music.

Armaan Malik does a good job, but the best way to describe his part is that he is trying to salvage something out of its mediocrity. Same goes for Payal Dev as well, who only gets to sing one verse in the entire song.

The musical arrangement is fairly simple, with the only thing out of the ordinary being the use of a pianica. It goes pretty well with the rest of the instruments.

Just like this song, Tera Intezaar the film is also expected to be a disaster. And if you don’t believe us, give its trailer a go.
