Beards and Moustaches are the latest style statement these days, thanks to actor like Ranvir Singh and Shahid Kapoor who look oh so hot! in those heavily bearded look in the upcoming film, Padmavati.
Every guy struggles with the question; ‘Should I go with the full beard or not? Do women prefer men with beard or a clean shaven man? Well here’s the answer: HFT asked a couple of young women what they prefer and this is what they had to say:
For starters a study at one of the world’s top universities revealed that women prefer men with heavy stubble! Ask me about it! A bearded man can look absolutely dapper and interesting AND sexy! But there are some who like men who are well groomed and have no facial hair at all, more of the baby face chocolate boy kind of looks like Emraan Khan, Varun Dhawan or even Shahid Kapoor minus that beard.

Speaking to HFT, 22 year old Ishani said that while she loves men with beard, there are guys who try and keep the beard look but have no idea how to carry it, so if they have a beard they should know how to carry it. We agree to that too.
18 year Sunaina says that they look macho and manly and kissing them would be more fun, if they had beard! A research too has proved that men who wear a stubble are the hottest, now we know why.
Rayna who turns 21 this December feels that men with stubble not only look mature but also absolutely sexy. “Baby faces are so boring, they lack that charm,” she adds.
While most of the girls we spoke to prefer men with a stubble or beard, there were some who thought that baby faces look far more attractive. However HFT spoke to a few of the men who look like they’ve been frozen in time and still look 10 even when they are 22!. Here’s what one of them who didn’t want to be named had to say, “Some women look at men like myself and go ‘Awww’ you look so cute and innocent. But not many will take us seriously as they think we’re inexperienced and that’s frustrating at times.”
However, I don’t think he should worry about that as there are many women who are attracted by baby faces too and think bearded men are uncool. Like 24 year old Gauri who said that she wouldn’t like men with a beard or stubble coz it might come in the way when they kiss. “That’s so yucky!” is what she had to say.
Vidisha who’s in the final year of college thinks that beard is pokey and that’s the reason she prefers men who are clean shaven.
My opinion is that men with beard are actually lazy more than being masculine! Lazy to shave but we who love the bearded kinds, aren’t complaining, are we?
