This one tops my list!The Sahaja Yoga Centre in the Gangtok, Sikkim is the place where you can go and learn yoga or just go there to see it. Besides the different forms of yoga, the teachers there specialise in teaching spiritual awakening too. Besides Sikkim, Sahaja Yoga Centre also has branches in the all the Northeastern states like Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Nagaland. You need to spend a week or two here to learn the basics.

You can spend upto a week here to learn yoga free of cost, they have free daily classes which is open for anyone wanting to learn. Besides this yoga center there are other like Himalayan Yog Ashram and Osho Ganga Dham Ashram in Rishikesh where one can go to learn yoga.
