This is probably one of the most important lines when it comes to running a small business. You are not a superhero. You cannot do everything by yourself. Make sure you respect and value your time. Invest your time in more productive and valuable tasks. Do not hesitate from hiring people for all the other tasks that you don’t need to do yourself. Your time and energy should be devoted in helping your business grow and not in taking admin calls. Hire an admin professional for that!

Turns out you are not a superhero, okay. But always remember that YOU CAN FLY! Do not for a second lose faith in yourself. You started this business against all odds and you will see it grow and prosper despite all the difficulties and challenges. It is because you were meant to fly high and take your business to the top of the ladder.
