2018 Is An Interesting Year For Kangana Ranaut Here’s Why

Kangana Ranaut created quite a stir in 2016- 2017, not just with her films but with her much discussed and controversial spat with Hrithik Roshan and also her nepotism remark on the Koffee With Karan show. She was the center of most controversies in the last two years.

Things seemed to have cooled down with the start of a brand New Year and 2018 looks like a positive year for Kangana. Interestingly, Kangana will be seen appearing as a judge of a talent show on television called India’s Next Superstar with none other than Karan Johar as a resident judge of the show! Looks like the two will finally make peace on the sets of the show. We’re all looking forward to that, aren’t we?

Besides the show, Kanaga has some films to look forward to too. Among her upcoming movies, are:

Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi will be one of the most important roles in Kangana’s career

Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi which is an epic historical biopic on the life of Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi. This is said to be one of the most important roles in Kangana’s career. The film also stars Atul Kulkarni, Sonu Sood, and Ankita Lokhande.The movie is slated to release on 27 April 2018. However, there is a buzz that the movie might be postponed by 2 months or so.

This year Kangana will also make her Bollywood directorial debut with a movie titled Teju, where she plays an 80-year-oldwoman. Kangana had earlier said in one of her interviews that this will be one of her most challenging roles.

What everyone is looking forward to though, is when Hrithik Roshan and Kangana will call it a truce! What say?
