It’s a happy, happy time for Anushka Sharma who is just back from Delhi after wrapping up the Delhi schedule of her upcoming films with Varun Dhawan, Sui Dhaga. Anushka will soon be awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Awards.
She has proved herself as an actress and as a producer too she has given the industry some path-breaking films like ‘NH10’, ‘Phillauri’ and the spine-chilling ‘Pari’.Anushka along with her brother Karnesh Sharma have proved their capability as producers.No wonder, the Dadasaheb Phalke Foundation has decided to honor her with the award.
The Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence Award for 2018 is being awarded to Anushka Sharma for her efforts in backing clutter-breaking content which has become genre-defining success stories.Their company Clean Slate Films began their production journey with the hugely successful NH10 and is fast moving their way up to success.Anushka became the youngest producer ever at 25 with NH10.
All three of their home productions have won applause from critics and movie buffs as well.They have also introduced new talent such as directors, musicians, technicians, composers etc. That’s not all, they have successfully dabbled with three different genres – thriller, romance, and horror already.
There is a buzz that Anushka will be producing three more films under her banner Clean Slate Films soon. Am sure all her fans will be looking forward to it.
