Payal Gidwani – The Experienced One

Bringing back yoga into the Bollywood sphere, Gidwani has trained Sridevi, Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee in the span of her career. She is a certified yoga instructor and the founder of the wellness studio Cosmic Foundation and includes Bikram yoga and power yoga as part of her routine. She is the author of “Body Goddess: The Complete Guide on Yoga for Women from XL to XS”.

Namrata Purohit – Young And Flexible

The youngest Stott Pilates instructor in the world at twenty-five, Purohit owns The Pilates Studio. She has trained many Bollywood celebrities such as Neha Dhupia, Malaika Arora Khan, Elli Avram, Nargis Fakhri, Kangana Ranaut, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bruna Abdullah, and Shibani Dandekar. She is the author of the book “The Lazy Girl’s Guide to Being Fit” and incorporates altitude training into her regime.

Radhika Karle – The Diet And Fitness Coach

Karle is a fitness instructor and nutritionist who workout regimes include Pilates, cardio, weight training, interval training and more. Sonam Kapoor’s personal trainer, she travels with her to maintain her workouts and dietary habits. She believes in the theory of ‘everything in moderation’.
