Daisy Shah In Race 3 – Here’s What You Need To Know About Her

Both the movies Race 1 and Race 2 are known for their strong suspense and interesting plot constructions. With the huge Box office success of both the parts, Abbas Mustan had surely overdone themselves in directing these brilliant movies. Now it’s time for Remo D’Souza to continue the brilliant saga of endless game plans, chase sequences and suspense. Yes, he has taken over Race 3 and the cast this time includes Salman, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Daisy Shah apart from Jacqueline Fernandez who was a part of the earlier version too. The movie is all set to release on Eid this year.

Salman has taken to Twitter to update his fans about the same. Recently, he uploaded a picture of Daisy Shah who had earlier worked with him in Jai Ho back in 2014 captioned “Sizzling Sanjana waiting to explode”.

For those who don’t know yet, Daisy is a model who was born into a Gujarati family but was brought up in Mumbai. She had done a couple of photo shoots and print ads before making it big in Bollywood. She has studied arts at Khalsa College in Mumbai and has won numerous minor beauty pageants when she was a teenager. She also assisted renowned choreographer Ganesh Acharya for a long span of time. She has, in fact, worked in films like Khakee and Zameen as assistant choreographer.

In the 2010 bilingual thriller film Vandae Mataram, she made a small appearance which happened to be her acting debut. But her major breakthrough came when she was offered the lead role of Ammu in the Kannada movie Bodyguard and she did a brilliant job. She was also featured in a couple of item songs, like in the Hindi movie Bloody Isshq, Kannada film Bachchan and a song called “Neeli Lomdi” from the film Khuda Kasam.

Her role in Jai Ho alongside Salman Khan and Tabu was noteworthy. It was an action drama directed by Sohail Khan. But Daisy’s performance in Hate Story 3 established her foothold in the industry. This erotic thriller was directed by Vishal Pandya and was released back in 2015.

Race 3, however, looks very promising with the first looks of the posters being released one by one. It is a far more ambitious project and is likely to receive a better opening. Sallu Bhai is also one of the producers of the film and since it is releasing in Eid, it may just be one of the major hits this year. We cannot wait to see Daisy Shah in her intense avatar!
