I have always loved his voice but ever since I watched him in Phillauri, I’ve been fangirling about Diljit Dosanjh. He’s not just blessed with a great voice but also great looks! He’s one of the most successful singers turned actors and it comes as no surprise that he has romanced some of the most sought-after heroines on screen.

Soorma
Diljit will be seen playing the role of real-life hockey player Sandeep Singh in Soorma. The film is a who biopic based on the life of Sandeep Singh. The biopic is inspired by events from the life of ex-hockey captain Sandeep Singh, who also won the Arjuna Award in 2010 and the woman, who inspired him to be a hockey player. Directed by Shaad Ali, the film will also feature actress Taapsee Pannu in the lead role. Both Taapsee and Diljit have gone through an intense hockey training under professionals. The film will be co-produced by actress Chitrangada Singh and Sneha Rajani.
Bang Bang In New York
Diljit will romance Sonakshi Sinha in this film which also stars director, producer Karan Johar! The film was tentatively titled, Golmaal In New York, then Crazy Hum and then Gadbad in New York and now the latest title we hear is Bang Bang in New York! Whatever the title maybe, we are really excited about this one! The film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani and has been shot in Ahmedabad and New York. according to sources, the film revolves around an award show held in New York. Bang Bang In New York is directed by Chakri Toleti.
Arjun Patiala
Kriti Sanon is another pretty lady that Diljit will be seen romancing in Arjun Patiala. The two will share the screen space for the first time in a film and Kriti has said that she can’t wait for the larger than life. Kriti expressed her excitement for the film by sharing some pictures of the two of them on social media and wrote: “This one’s going to be a mad fun ride!!! Arjun Patiala.Larger than Life! Can’t wait to start rolling.” The film is produced by Maddock Films’ Dinesh Vijan and is slated to go on floors next month.
Kaneda
Kaneda will be Diljit’s second film with Anushka Sharma after Phillauri. It is being said that the film will also star Arjun Kapoor in the lead role and will be directed by Navdeep Singh. However, not much details have been revealed about the film.
