“Salman Khan Doesn’t Come So Cheap!” – Raj Nayak

Did Salman Khan demand 11 cr per episode of Bigg Boss Season 11?

Salman Khan promoted the Bigg Boss Season 11, in a very unique way. Unlike other events, this was held at a housing society in the suburbs in Mumbai called Tarapore Garden Housing Society. This was done keeping in mind this season’s theme – Padosan.

On being questioned about his own neighbours in real life, Salman said, “My parents are my best ‘padose’.”

Salman who has been hosting Bigg Boss every since it started says that while the game is fun, he is not in favour if misbehaviour among the contestants. “My expectations from the contestants are they should behave well. But having said that it’s not in their control. It’s a difficult game. Everything from the tasks to the lack of food and having just one toilet for all the contestants to use, is difficult for them. Its not very easy being inside that house,” said Salman.

He also feels that the first week eviction is unfair and that should change. “In the first week the contestants are just settling in and getting used to the people and place so I don’t think that’s fair for them to be evicted in the first week itself,” he added.

While he is also waiting to promote films on the show, he said he’s looking forward to the team of Judwaa 2 on the sets of Bigg Boss. “I am waiting for the guys of Judwaa 2 to come and promote the film in the Big Boss show,” he said. While talking about promoting his own film, on a lighter note he said, “I am promoting Tiger Zinda Hai right now right here. The promotions for Tiger Zinda Hai starts from today itself!”

Salman feels that since the show is enjoyed by people of all age groups, all the negativity and filth needs to be avoided. “We don’t want any kind of filth in the show because people of all age groups watch it, so it’s not good.”

There were rumors doing the rounds that Salman has demanded for 11 crores per episode of Bigg Boss, Viacom 18 CEO Raj Nayak joked, “Salman Khan doesn’t come so cheap!”

Salman said that he enjoys doing the show, that’s the reason he is back every year on it and also the fact that he gets to learn a lot on the show is what he likes about it. He feels there is no better show than Bigg Boss on television right now.

We don’t know about better but we do know that everyone’s glued to their television sets during the telecast of Big Boss!! It’s either the contestants or just to watch the host. What do you think?
