After the hilarious and potentially dangerous KiKi and Momo challenges, people are now going crazy over the #SuiDhaagaChallenge. Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma have been actively promoting their much-anticipated release “Sui Dhaaga” by inviting their colleagues and fans to try the Sui Dhaaga challenge – which involves threading a needle on social media in ten seconds.
The leading pair of the movie, Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma have thrown open the challenge to all, and the response has been great as of now. Anushka Sharma was the one who initiated the challenge by successfully threading a needle in the stipulated time, and the 58-second video clip has been posted on Varun Dhawan’s Twitter account. Dhawan took over the second part by inviting his friends and fans to post their own videos on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, finally ending with the “Sui Dhaaga” movie poster and release date.

Dhawan nominated Akshay Kumar to take up the challenge, and Kumar responded graciously by attempting to thread a needle on his Twitter account. Though he was not successful, he did not lose heart and further nominated the ‘master blaster’ Sachin Tendulkar for the challenge.

On the other hand, Anushka Sharma nominated the Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan for the challenge, and guess what, he won the award by threading his needle in just 0.1 seconds – a feat which nobody else has achieved! Well, he did cheat a bit, as he got a giant needle with a big hole so that he could easily enter the thread into it!

Moving on, Varun Dhawan invited Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapoor on Twitter to display their needle-threading skills. Alia wins the challenge, she nominates Karan Johar and her “Brahmastra” co-star and Ranbir Kapoor to carry on with the challenge.
