From Prem in Maine Pyaar Kiya to Pandeji, Salman Khan has always surprised fans with his looks and a fresh approach to every role he does. He is one of the most bankable stars even today, and he’s always been consistent. That’s also the reason why almost all his films have been superhits. Looks like Bharat is going to be no different. The trailer of Bharat looks like a superhit blockbuster!

Salman, who dons many different hats in Bharat does it most effortlessly. Salman plays a character who has five different looks, it’s a transition form a young man to a salt and pepper look. He surprises the audience with every look. My favorite was the one where he’s dressed in the navy uniform and of course the salt and pepper look, we have our very own George Clooney in the making! There have been actors who have experimented with the salt and pepper look in their films but no one has looked as dapper as bhai!

The trailer has some great dialogues and looks like a complete entertainer with all the ingredients of a masala film and more, yet it manages to look classy. The younger generation will also get to see how the ‘maut ka kuan’ was such a popular act in Indian circuses. Salman is seen doing some great stunts like riding his bike through a fire ring and also performing stunts in the ‘maut ka kuan’.

Speaking exclusively to Hot Friday Talks, Salman’s brother in law and producer of Bharat Atul Agnihotri said that the film was completed in hundred days. “ There was a lot of preparation that went into the film.Bhai had to go through a look test for all the different looks he has in the film. The different looks are a result of many things put together from make up, prosthetics and a bit of CG too,” informed Atul. There is also a surprise character in the film which Atul has mentioned but that is off the record so we respect that. Wait for the film to release to see who it is!

Disha Patani looks glamorous and has a sizzling dance number, while Katrina’s ruffled, curly and loosely tied hair gives the feel of the past. Katrina is getting better with every film. Salman talks about the importance of family, the film also touches upon a lot of subjects which is still relevant even today, like the importance of family and unemployment etc.

For all those who are mostly accustomed to seeing Salman as either the romantic young man or as the tough action hero, get ready to be swooned with the new salt and pepper look!

Bharat directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, is the remake of the Korean film, An Ode to My Father. Bharat releases this Eid.
