The Salman Khan-starrer “Race 3” is all prepared to take the Race franchise forward, with its ‘dumdaar’ plot and stellar cast including Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah and Anil Kapoor. This Friday itself, Salman Khan tweeted a poster of his upcoming movie with a caption, ‘Racing hearts ♥ #Race3 #Songshoot in #Ladakh @Asli_Jacqueline @SKFilmsOfficial @tipsofficial #race3thisEid’. In Salman-Khan style, “Race 3” will hit the theatres as a special Eid gift on 15 June, 2018.

Here Are Some More Interesting Tidbits From The Movie

If you have noticed, Salman Khan has never played a negative character in any of his earlier movies. A number of other actors such as Hrithik Roshan, Emraan Hashmi and Shah Rukh Khan were approached for the lead role, but they later opted out due to differences. When Salman Khan was offered the role, he was told that he would play a negative character and he agreed.

Khan and lead heroine Jacqueline Fernandez will be seen sharing screen space for the second time after their action-movie “Kick” in 2014. Jacqueline Fernandez was also a part of the prequel “Race 2”, that was released in 2013.



As per reports, the team in shooting the final segment in Leh and Ladakh. Twitter has recently seen pictures and videos of the cast sitting around a bonfire as they enjoy a free moment between the shoots. Jacqueline Fernandez has been posting a lot of pictures and video clips with her crew as they head for shooting.



One of the pictures shows Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez riding on Khan’s motorbike, closely followed by Khan’s bodyguard Shera. We also see Salman Khan and choreographer Remo D’Souza posing for a friendly picture, a team photo taken before a Buddhist monastery and Salman Khan enjoying a fun moment with some young Buddhist monks in Ladakh.

Anil Kapoor and Salman Khan share a strong friendly bond

In a recent interview, Anil Kapoor described the special friendship between him and Salman Khan, who is much younger to him. He lovingly called Khan “Saab”, which speaks of their affection for each other and was all praise for Khan’s contribution to the movie. The veteran actor says that Khan has put in a lot of effort for the film, and that working with him is like a dream. He also reminiscences about the earlier movies they had worked on together.

Kapoor has been part of all the Race movies and will play the role of Shamsher in the latest installment of the series. On the other side, Khan shared a poster of Anil Kapoor from the movie on Twitter, captioned, “Shamsher: Bhaiji Humre Boss”.
