Salman Khan fans finally get to watch the trailer of the much awaited Tiger Zinda Hai. The first trailer of the film was launched today by the makers. The three-minute trailer was gripping and saw Salman perform some really cool actions. Looks like the film has a lot of thrills and some edge of the seat kind of action.
Besides that, the film looks grand and the locations look exotic. The film has been shot at various locations around the world like Austria, Greece, Abu Dhabi, and Morocco. The film is a about real-life incident that took place in 20015, where 25 nurses were kidnapped in Iraq. The basic plot of the film is about Tiger(Salman) and Zoya’s( Katrina Kaif) fight to rescue these nurses.
While Ek Tha Tiger was directed by Kabir Khan, Tiger Zinda hai is directed by Kabir’s former assistant, Ali Abbas Zafar. “My relationship with Kabir is that of an older brother and it’s the same with Salman. When I wrote the story and then thought it was worth being told then I went ahead with it. I narrated the story to Salman, Katrina and Aditya Chopra and they were very excited about the story and decided to take the tiger franchise ahead. In Ek Tha Tiger you saw them as a romantic pair, here you will see them as agents,” said Ali at the launch of the trailer.
On being asked about how difficult it was to bring Salman and Katrina back together, Ali said that it wasn’t that difficult as both of them reacted very strongly towards the story. Today our cinema is progressing and stories are moving more towards realism, more towards telling stories that are real and people have heard about and want to know more about. So when Salman and Katrina heard the story, heard about those 10 days and what happened to those nurses in those 10 days, they were very keen to go ahead. Though we have based our film on that story, the film is fictional,” inform Ali.
Speaking about Salman doing all the action sequences and also working in the extreme weather conditions despite his nerve conditions etc., Ali laughs, “Salman gave me a lot of gaalis for making him work in such conditions. He told me you make me do so much action and push me too much! but Salman being Salman he went ahead and did whatever the script required.”
Looks like Salman is absolutely back with a bang! ( Read Roar!)
