Sukh-E is a well-known Punjabi pop singer, songwriter, music producer and rapper. His famous hits include ‘Sniper’, ‘Jaguar’, ‘Girl OK’, ‘Suicide’ and ‘All Black’ and he is also the founder and lead singer of his band, ‘Musical Doctorz’. He was born as Sukhdeep Singh to Punjabi parents on 13th September, 1990. Hailing from Garhshankar, Punjab, he completed his graduation from Chandigarh, India. In college, he would participate in several music competitions and college fests. He says that he has totally captured the fun of his college days in his debut band, “Musical Doctorz”, with Preet Hundal, vocalist A-Kay and rapper Bling Singh.
He made his debut with the single, “Sniper” (2014) that featured the famous rapper and singer Dilin Nair, aka Raftaar. Later on, he released a number of popular albums such as “Kalyug” and “Munda iPhone Warga” featuring Bling Singh and A Kay under the labels ‘Musical Doctorz’ and ‘Lokdhun’ in that order. His subsequent albums “Red Alert”, “Fakeer” and “Insane” were produced by Kamlee Records Ltd. and Speed Records and White Hill Music Presents respectively. He has collaborated with many well-known rappers and singers such as Bohemia, Raftaar, Deep Jandu, B Jay Randhawa and Preet Hundal.
“Suicide” (2016), “Jaani Superstar” (2017) and “Insane” (2017) are Sukhe’s most recent songs that have touched the chartbusters. The number “Suicide” is your typical love song where Sukh-E falls for the Australian model Tahan Lew, and tells her that he would end his life right in front of her if she does not reciprocate his love. The video takes us to foreign locations, attracting our attention by its crazy lyrics and peppy music.
“Superstar” is a joint collaboration between Sukh-E and Divya Bhatt. The male singer shares screen space with model Reyhna, as they dance in front of a glitzy nightclub background.
Sukhe’s latest song, “Insane” currently enjoys immense popularity where Sukh-E tries to woo his girl by listing out his individual qualities and how they both look good together as he dances with her in the video.
