Item songs in Bollywood are such a delightful treat. The classic item numbers like “Jawaani Janeman” or “Jhoom jhoom jhoom baba” have that catchy tune and lyrics that will make you groove to it. The item song is the real essence of the Bollywood masala movie and without it, any film would be bland. They captivate and enthrall the audience endlessly. One of the most famous item numbers of Bollywood is perhaps Madhuri Dixit’s “Ek do teen” from Tezaab. So fans of this song and the actress, you are in for a pleasant surprise!
Baaghi 2, the sequel to Baaghi has a remake version of this classic number since it goes without saying – 2018 shall witness some interesting remixes and remakes. But has it done justice to it? We see Jacqueline Fernandez replacing Madhuri Dixit although it’s a cameo appearance. It incorporates an immensely raunchy dance in a skimpy outfit. But Jacqueline looks super hot in that and the dance moves are very well synchronized. It is foot thumping and sexy. Perhaps it is safe to say that the increasing demand for good item songs in Bollywood has been met and in a really good way!
While Shreya Ghoshal has replaced Alka Yagnik for this song, the music has been recreated by Sandeep Shirodkar which was earlier done by the legends Laxmikant Pyarelal. Sandeep has, however, stuck to the original tune and the original lyrics by the great Javed Akhtar remains as well, but the dance moves have surely evolved with a lot of contemporary gestures that only adds to the overall appeal of the song.

Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff the lead actors in the movie have recently tweeted about the song release and people cannot stop talking about it because Jacqueline makes it look that great.

Baaghi 2 is an action movie directed by Ahmed Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala. The previous song released before this, called “Lo safar” looked just as promising. The movie is all set to release on the 30th March 2018.
