Sabbir Khan’s Baaghi produced by Sajid Nadiadwala was released in 2016. The movie featured Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles and was an Indian martial arts movie. The film did pretty well at the box office and Tiger Shroff emerged as a big name in B-town. But it’s surely not over with Baaghi. The magic continues with Baaghi 2, definitely a sequel directed by Ahmed Khan, which is all set to release on 30th March. A track from the movie bears testimony to the fact that the Baaghi saga continues and we just cannot stop talking about.
Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani feature in this sequel and both contribute tremendously to recreate the popular Punjabi song- Mundiyan to bach ke in this movie. The movie reportedly has two popular old songs. The first will be the famous Ek Do teen from the movie Tezaab which originally featured Madhuri Dixit. In Madhuri’s shoes would be Jacqueline Fernandez this time.
The second will be this peppy and funky Punjabi bhangra number originally by Labh Janjua. Ahmed Khan, the director has come to believe that this is the era of recreation with Hate Story 4 recreating Reshammiya’s nostalgia. Since this song is a massive hit, he felt compelled to incorporate a version of it in the movie. This song will surely connect easily with the masses and is definitely a very appropriate number to groove to.
The music was remixed by Sandip Shirodkar and Rahul Shetty, the Beat Pe Booty choreographer has choreographed for this number. It is set at a wedding and he has successfully managed to make it a fusion of some Punjabi Bhangra and Bollywood style dancing. This time the lyrics have been penned down by Ginny Diwan and playback singers Navraj Hans & Palak Muchhal have done a great job in keeping the charm of the old song intact.
Disha and Tiger have added their own bit of fun expressions and twists in the song which are definitely entertaining. As far as Tiger Shroff’s dancing skills are concerned, we need not say a word about the expert! Looks like they have all been prepared for it and have been silently waiting for some action and some reaction!

Disha, Tiger as well as Ayesha Shroff (Tiger Shroff’s mother) have been tweeting about it 2 hours prior to the release of the song and it’s already trending on social channels right now. If you haven’t watched it yet, go ahead and give it a watch. Baaghi 2 looks very promising and super intense and has surely done justice to its prequel if not outlived it.
