Keeping up a long distance relationship takes quite the effort, but what do you do when boredom starts to set in?
When you and your darling are in different cities, or maybe even different countries, things could get a little tricky. Maybe trying some of these could help.
Start writing
Remember writing or receiving letters ever? If you’ve never done this with your partner, you could always start now. Write how you miss them, what you’re thinking about right now, what you are planning once you meet, and add a few doodles and such. A handwritten note, even if it’s just a few lines, will always show your partner that you took out the time and effort to write.
On-screen romantic dinner
If you can’t make it to same place together, you can always have a virtual dinner together. Why not have a live dinner time with your other half? Order in or cook the same meal if possible, light a few candles, put on light music at the background and switch on video calling. There!

A special package
What could be better than getting a package in the mail? Getting a special package from your partner, what else! There can be so many fun things you can include, things they could use, things that remind you both of each other, some pictures, something as special and useful as a tie or a scarf, basically things that you know they will love, that they could also use and that will be special and connects you both.
Vlog it
This is a great idea actually, and I am now wondering why I never had a long distance relationship (missed opportunity!). Imagine vlogging from different places but on the same channel, sharing about your life as a couple and as a single part of the couple, about how you manage to stay together and in love, and creating more interesting content for your viewers.
Surprise visit
This is strictly at your own risk. We don’t want to cause any trouble here, so make sure you are ready to handle whatever lays in store, good or bad.
