Workplace safety is paramount for the employer in all modern workplaces. Employees are expected to cooperate with the safety drills that are frequently organized by the company. The safety protocol doesn’t only enlist the responsibility to help co-workers in accidents like fires, shocks, etc. but also in smaller physical hazards like falling down the stairs, tripping over drawers of the desks, injury in lifting heavy material and so on.
