“Luka Chuppi” is a romantic comedy about the story of a local television journalist who falls in love with a strong woman. Sanon would be seen as a smart young woman opposite Kartik Aryan who plays your typical good-boy, while Sanon. The story has been short in different cities such as Gwalior, Agra to Mathura. “Luka Chuppi” will be released on 1 March, 2019.
Arjun Patiala – Love At First Height
Playing the role of Ritu Randhawa, Kriti Sanon will be starring opposite Diljit Dosanjh as Arjun Patiala. This would be a romantic comedy revolving around the comical love story between a tall woman and a short man. Sanon would be seen in a role as a journalist, while Dosanjh would be a ‘tough’ cop as seen in the crime drama “Udta Punjab”. The movie stars Ronit Roy and Varun Sharma with Sunny Leone in a cameo role as well. Currently in post-production, “Arjun Patiala” will be released on 3 May, 2019.
Housefull 4 – Back With Its Slapstick Comedy
Sanon shall star in the fourth installment of the comedy series “Housefull”, which is said to be the most expensive comedy movie to be ever made in India. According to sources, she has visited London to complete shooting for her character in the movie. Since the movie is based on the theme of reincarnation, she will be seen in a new look that has been kept top secret for now. She has worked with Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Kharbanda, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde and Rana Daggubati in the movie. “Housefull 4” will be a Diwali release on 25 October, 2019.
Panipat – Reliving History Again
Currently in the process of filming, the historical period movie “Panipat” centres on the story of Sadashiv Rao Bhau, who had served as the Sardar Senapati of the Maratha army in the third battle of Panipat. Sanon would be playing the role of Parvati Bai, the second wife of Bhau. Arjun Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt will be playing important roles as well. “Panipat” will be released on 6 December, 2019.
