So the weekend is finally here and all you want to do is laze around. The cook goes on an unannounced holiday and you’re too lazy to cook. Pre-cut veggies save time and sometimes all you need to do is add them to rice and make a quick fix one pot veggie rice and enjoy it with curd. It not only tastes good but is wholesome and healthy too.

If you don’t like eating rice, just saute the veggies in some olive oil and add some herbs and enjoy them either with toast or just as a bowlful of veggies.

You can turn the pre-cut veggies into a healthy wholesome smoothie. Just add some frozen fruits with your veggies and make a delicious healthy smoothie that keeps you away from hunger for hours. You can even add frozen yogurt to the smoothie or add a handful of nuts and dried fruits. Blend them all in the blender and enjoy!

Make a mixed vegetable salad, parboil the veggies and add a handful of nuts to make them more filling and healthy. Add lemon, salt as per taste and you can also add herbs for the flavor. And if you still have some of that salad left over, add pieces of bacon or sausages and mix all of it with white sauce or mayonnaise and use them this mixture as a topping on toast.
