Indian Summers are hot, humid, sweaty and messy. However, there are certain good things to Indian summers as well. Summers bring with it a chance to much on some of our favorite food items, that help in cooling our body temperatures as well. When I asked a few friends about their favorite summer food items, one item that was invariably common with all of them was the might mango. Unfortunately, with all the sugar and calorie content, mangoes are not a very healthy option, though we can’t resist it for any reason.
