The frosting can be a usual vanilla cream cheese, or even almond-based. These macarons are made by using grinded and toasted black sesame seeds, which help to intensify the flavor. Then the usual macaron procedure is to be followed, and the powder depending can be added upon your preference. The frosting is made simply by whisking together some cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and cream.

Tangy goat cheese makes a great macaron flavor. If you wish to make this macaron sweet, you can add some sugar/honey as sweetening agents. You can just stuff a usual macaron shell with some goat cheese.  Then top it with some caramelized figs, walnuts and some black sesame seeds for the crunch.
