Mr. Kenneth Scott, the general manager of the hotel says, “Vegan Vibes aims at combining taste and health on the same platter with wholesome goodness, keeping the health benefits of the ingredients intact. We certainly feel that there is an audience for it, and it’s not just for vegans who want this, but also others who are into wellness programs and healthy eating besides being environment conspicuous.”

The entire spread is immensely tempting if you have a glance at the menu. There is a wide range from which you can choose. Besides, food tastes even better somehow if everything is on offer. The menu is based on a conventional three course meal. For starters there is Baked tortilla samosa, Vegan Hara Bhara kebab (and you will forget your average kebabs), vegan Siu Mai, Chipotle Lentil Taquitos, stuffed mushroom.

The main course dishes are just as good. They include mushroom and pak choy, Mexican chilli bean rice with Adobo Gram Flour Tempeh dumpling, carrot zoodles which replace noodles with carrots and dressing, lentil carrot and sweet potato shepherd’s pie, Jackfruit Tacos with Pico de Galo and a lot more. The plating is picturesque, exquisite and very appetizing. What’s any meal without dessert?! And if you thought desserts are impossible to whip up without dairy products brace yourselves to be baffled. These include Oatmeal and apple crumble, Fudgy raspberry brownie and vegan whoopee pie and a lot more.
