If you haven’t watched Riteish Deshmukh’s second Marathi film (produced by his wife and actress Genelia D’Souza) Mauli as yet, you should watch it soon. Here’s why; firstly Ritesh looks very different in the film as a police officer and also doing something we haven’t often seen him do. You will be surprised to see Riteish do some zabardast action scenes and also mouth some heavy dialogues in the film. That’s not all it’s a pleasure to watch the much in love real life husband and wife Ritesh and Genelia together do a song and dance sequence in the film. They look great together. The film is a total masaledar one with action, comedy, drama and also deals with the important social issue of farmer suicides.
As this year ends on a positive note for Ritesh with the audience and his fans loving Mauli, Riteish has a lot to look forward to in the coming year too! Ritesh has Indra Kumar’s film, Total Dhamaal, which will be his sixth film with the director coming up in February 2019. The film is a slapstick comedy and Ritesh plays a character called Deshbandhu Roy in the film.
Then he has Housefull 4 directed by Farhad Samji, where he plays a character called Devesh. Riteish will be back at doing what he does best; comedy.It will be fun to watch him play a comic role once again in the Houseful franchise with his perfect comic timing. Get ready for some laughs during the Diwali of 2019!

Riteish will also be seen in Marjaavan and this will perhaps be one of the most challenging roles he will be playing in his career. After Shah Rukh Khan it will be Riteish who will be seen playing the character of a dwarf in Marjaavan. He will be playing a villain once again in a Milap Zaveri film.It takes courage for actors to do such roles especially when they have a huge fan following and only a few have the guts to take up such challenges head on, Riteish is one of them!
