Jackie Shroff turns another year older but he’s still one of the most stylish actors in Bollywood. His life is more like a script of a Bollywood film. His journey from Jaikishan Kakubhai Shroff to Jaggu dada and then to Jackie Shroff has been a long, tough yet an interesting and fruitful one.
Jackie has worked hard to be where he is today. Before he became an actor there was nothing he did not try to earn money for his family. He even approached Taj to work as a chef apprentice as he was fond of cooking but. They rejected him as he did not have the degrees they required. He even applied for the job of a flight attendant at Air India there too he was rejected! But like his astrologer father had predicted, he was made for bigger things in life! While he was waiting at a bus stop a person walked up to him and asked him if he would like to model. That was just the beginning of his journey, he never looked back from that day onwards.

His son, Tiger Shroff is now taking the acting baton forward. Tiger is known to be very close to his father, Jackie and he’s also mentioned that he feels lucky to be Jackie’s son. While Tiger has his own unique sense when it comes to acting, there are certain values in life that he has imbibed from his actor father.

Hard Work Always Pays Off
Jackie has always been very open about his past and his roots. He has never hidden that from his children too. Tiger in an earlier interview had spoken about how his father’s journey from a Mumbai chawl in Teen Batti, to being a star has been his biggest inspiration. Tiger too is known to be one of the most hardworking actors even though he’s had it easier being a star kid, he has worked hard to achieve what he has so far. Jackie too has admitted that his son Tiger is very focused when it comes to work.
To Be Grounded
Tiger is one of the most polite actors I’ve come across and has no trace of being a spoilt brat star kid. That probably comes from the fact that Jackie too has never let stardom go to his head. He’s still very basic and grounded and sometimes even very much the boy from Teen Batti area! Tiger had once mentioned that he still has a lot to achieve before he can fly high above the ground!
Swag
Last but not the least, Jackie’s swag! Tiger could perhaps learn that from his dad. Jackie refuses to age and he’s got more swag than most of the younger lot of actors all put together! Yes, Tiger could definitely do with some Jackie style swag!
