Most of us end up doing crazy things in love that often create more complications than we should be handling.

Okay, so this is not a great situation, but there are still ways you can get into damage control mode and prevent this from getting any serious.
Assume there will be other guys
Remember the first few days and weeks when you both got together? You were still not sure about the equation between you two and were always trying to beat any competition around. If you assume there will always be other guys, you’ll keep doing all or a lot of those things that you did when you two initially got together.

Don’t get boring
As your relationship moves on in weeks and months, the spark you felt in the initial days goes down. Once you feel secure and stable in the relationship, even if it is at a dating stage, you may be taking lesser initiative and things may not be as interesting as before. There’s never a dearth of guys who would love to swap places. There will always be someone around who can make her laugh, make interesting conversation and so on. So why not be that guy yourself and continue being that version?
Don’t become a control freak
Are you sure she’s dating others or are they just good friends? Whatever you do, do not turn into a controlling monster. Anything else you try to do will go to waste and we can’t guarantee she’ll want to stay around with you.
Sometimes we’re more worried about what to do, instead of just talking it out. Tell her you feel insecure when she’s with other guys and that you would love spending more time with her and getting more of her attention. Trust me guys, it won’t make you look weak, but just more endearing.
